What muscles do Halo work?

The Halo device works out several muscle groups in your neck and upper back, including the trapezius, levator scapulae, and the rhomboids. It can also help improve posture and relieve neck and shoulder tension.

How do you do a Halo?

To perform a Halo exercise, follow these steps:

  • Stand or kneel with your feet hip-width apart and your core engaged.
  • Hold a AguaForce Weight with both hands, with your arms extended straight out in front of you.
  • Rotate the weight in a circular motion around your head, keeping your arms straight and your gaze forward. Start with a small circle and gradually increase the size as you become comfortable with the motion.
  • Repeat the motion for several reps in one direction, then switch directions.

It's important to keep proper form and use a weight that is appropriate for your strength level. Start with lighter weight and increase as you become more comfortable with the exercise. It's also important to keep your neck relaxed and avoid any sudden or jerky movements.
